My Yoga Journey
Yoga was always around me growing up in India, but I didn’t truly understand it. I spent years chasing happiness and purpose through careers, relationships, and experiences, yet lasting peace always felt out of reach. Meditation helped, but staying consistent was hard.
Discovering the deeper practice of yoga changed everything. I learned that yoga is more than postures — it’s a path that prepares the mind so calm, awareness, and balance arise naturally. Studying traditional teachings in depth, I experienced how yoga transforms body, mind, and spirit.
Today, I share this practice to help others find tools for presence, clarity, and balance — a way to experience yoga in life, not just on the mat.
